What is DNA?

DeoxyriboNucleic Acid is the abbreviation form of DNA and it is kind of hereditary material in human’s body as well as in all other organisms. Most of the DNA is found in the nucleus of cells, but some of the DNA is found in the mitochondria such are called as an mtDNA. The structure of DNA is made up of a type of four bases. They are Adenine (A), Cytosine (C), Guanine (G), and Thymine (T). The purpose of DNA would be checking for a health report for the genetics construction of our daily basis for our controlled body as free DNA analysis for the proper health report for the strong and beneficial health.

In the DNA, the bases are always in paired off together and that is called as a base pair. The nucleotides are formed when the phosphate and sugar are added on to the base. So the nucleotides are started to arrange in the two long stands and it forms a spiral then it is called a double helix. The Double helix was first discovered in 1953 by molecular biologists his name James D. Watson and Francis Crick. Both of them took the theories the past scientist such as Phoebus Levene, Erwin Chargoff and at the initial stage discover of DNA, Swiss physician Friedrich Miescher, and with another side of an X-Ray diffraction image which is called as a ‘Photo 51’, and that was a building stage of the double helix.

The basic structure of DNA which are defined by an Crick and Watson that remains the fact which includes in DNA as double-stranded helix, with it has two strands which are connected by a hydrogen bonds, and most of the DNA double helices which are right-handed, the DNA double helix which are in anti-parallel and which are not only are the best pairs to connect via hydrogen bonding, in the other outer edges are also exposed and is available for the hydrogen bondings. The entire structure of the DNA organisms is called a genome. In the last two decades, it contains much research on the human genome.
